Q: What is the wholesale order minimum?
A: The order minimum for the US and Canada is $150. The international minimum is $335.
Q: Can I sell MantraBands on my online store?
A: Yes, you can sell up to 10 approved mantras online. Accounts must work with us for at least 6 months and be in good standing. If you qualify, please reach out to us at email@example.com with your list of 10 mantras, and we'll review your list for approval.
Q: Can I make changes to my order?
A: We will do our best to catch your order and make requested changes, but cannot guarantee any changes can be made. Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and put URGENT in your email title to request order changes.
Q: How do I place a custom order?
A: Custom orders must be put together at our end, and we will send you a link to pay. Minimum is 30 per mantra, with at least 10 per color. To place a custom order, please reach out to us at email@example.com with your mantras, colors, and quantities.
Q: What is your return/exchange policy?
A: We allow returns of up to 10 bracelets every 6 months. Items must be in original packaging, and cannot be discontinued. There is a 15% return processing/restocking fee for all wholesale returns. Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return form and shipping address.
Q: What shipping options do you offer?
A: We offer UPS Ground, USPS Priority, and FedEx 2-Day shipping for domestic orders. International orders ship via FedEx or DHL. Available rates and options depend on your location and order total.
Q: How long do orders take to ship out?
A: Wholesale orders process and ship out within 2 business days.
Q: Can I bill to my UPS/FedEx account?
A: At this time we are not able to keep UPS or FedEx shipping accounts on file for our wholesale accounts. We offer free UPS shipping on domestic orders over $500, and free FedEx 2-Day shipping for orders over $1250.
Q: What currencies do you accept?
A: All payments are in US Dollars.

A: No card information is ever saved at MantraBand and it remains the private property of the card holder at all times before, during, and after the product purchase.
