    A beautiful avian analogy

    I first spotted this mantra on your website just weeks after my elderly parrot died. I couldn’t believe the coincidence when I saw the word “feathers.” I hadn’t been familiar with the Emily Dickinson poem this mantra was taken from, but I wear it proudly in memory of my special pet bird.
