I ordered this necklace as a gift for my mom. Unfortunatly it was damaged when I recieved it. I got in touch with mantraband and asked how this could be solved. Dayanna at customer service was an absolute star! She sent a new necklace that was extra carefully packaged, payed the import fee and included an extra chain. Fantastic! The product itself is stunning and my mom loves it!
